Cancellation & Account Policy

How cancellations and account changes work for Storage Bin Manager.

Effective date: April 14, 2026 Public

1) Subscription cancellation (Pro plan)

If you are on a Pro plan and you cancel your subscription, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that date, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.

2) What happens after downgrade to Free

When your account is downgraded to Free:

We retain your bins, items, and uploaded photos associated with your account unless you delete them or you request account deletion. We do not automatically delete your data simply because you canceled a subscription.

4) Account deletion

If you request account deletion, we will delete your account and associated data within a reasonable time, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.

If you want to delete your account, please contact support so we can verify the request and process it safely.

5) Refunds

Unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, subscription fees are not automatically refunded for partial billing periods. Canceling stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the current period.

6) Payment processor

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may provide options like saved payment methods, Link, and additional verification steps depending on the customer and risk controls.

7) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect the latest version.
